Perkins Center for the Arts and
the collingswood crafts and fine art festival...
A fine collaboration in the Arts!

The Collingswood Crafts and Fine Art Festival is proud of its collaboration with our Artistic Partners at Perkins Center for the Arts Collingswood who together expand the Arts to our Festival attendees on “Artists’ Alley on Irvin". At our 2024 show Perkins hosted their instructors, Emerging Artists, an exhibit featuring adults with disabilities in partnership with Bancroft, and the NJ Folklife Zone with regional folk artists. Honoring the work of established and emerging artists in the region, Perkins also hosted a networking breakfast event on Sunday morning.

About the 2025 Gallery Exhibition...
Perkins Center for the Arts Collingswood is extremely fortunate to be featuring the paintings of Chinese artist, Mr Shutian Cao, in the Main and Loft Galleries in July / August 2025. He creates his beautiful paintings using bamboo brushes to apply ink on rice paper and then embellishes one aspect of the painting with colorful watercolor. The themes of the paintings are mostly landscapes, waterscapes and houses in China.

Have the pleasure of meeting the artist and learning more about his work through a translator at two receptions held at Perkins Center for the Arts Collingswood on July 12 and August 16. (Information will follow on the Perkins website.) More about Mr. Cao’s work can be found on Instagram @shutiancao.
