Looking for that something different well look no further ...Hand crafted Mens and Women's leather jewelry ... and one of a kind unique wrapped stones and pearl necklaces and bracelets..
ABOUT THE ARTIST
"My passion for creating took off in my early college years where I studied casting and sculpting metals while learning how to blow glass.
I put down my tools to get married and raise my two children. Nine years ago, I crafted a necklace that a stranger complimented me on and insisted on buying. When it happened for a second time it reawakened my passion to create. I love the process of whatever medium I am working with (semi-precious stones, silver, stainless steel and leather, etc.)
Kidding around my husband complained that I don't pay him to work with me, so he asked me to make him something. That is how my men's and women's line was inspired."

"Modern Fossils" by David Horowitz / Judith Marchand

ABOUT THE ARTISTS
Mankind's interaction with its natural environment is the basis and subject of this work. Just as natural fossils are the imprints of prehistoric life on earth, Judith and David have created "Modern Fossils": pieces that ponder the substances we are currently leaving behind in our environment, to be unearthed far in future.
These artists were inspired by the embellished metal manhole and storm drain covers that are found on the streets of their local cities and towns. With these in mind, they create original plaster castings, which represent their community's impact on the waterways which sustain us and give us life. The message on these castings, "Dump No Waste, Drains To Waterways", proclaims the clear truth that our waterways’ health is key to our local community's existence and future. During clean-ups of local waterway environments, these artists collect both natural materials and man-made detritus, which they then use to design the images in their castings and visually illustrate this message. The resulting wall hangings embody the modern dilemma of mankind's struggle to maintain a balanced relationship with nature, and also proclaim the vital environmental message stressing the necessity of keeping our waterways clean and healthy.
Modern Fossils have their roots in Judith's love for the environment and her local rivertown community, combined with David's 20+ years of experience in creating and casting environmental sculptures in NYC ("Urban Fossils") and in cities around the world.

"Clariza’s Clay Pot Swings " By David Muratore

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Clariza’s Clay Pot Swings is a rustic vertical gardening apparatus I create in my wood shop for vertical gardening of your plants, herbs, cactus & succulents in standard clay terra cotta pots originally started in May 2015.
From “Lumber Yard to Your Yard” is how I describe my craft as I do start by spending time at the lumber yard picking out my lumber for my 13 different items that I design and craft for either standing or hanging your favorite foliage inside or outside. I use a combination of Pressure Treated Pine, Cedar, Oak and Mahogany type woods.
After cutting the wood to size I manually trace my designs on the wood then cut the designs out on a large band saw then router, sand, stain and urethane each piece and if a Tower I have to assemble the bases with a compound and dowels and then set the vertical posts.
Retirement in January 2015 was only the beginning of a new full time gig for me. Inspiration struck while building my wife, Clariza, three hanging items similar to an item I saw in New Orleans. After figuring out the angles and displaying the swings on our house, neighbors and friends began to admire my designs as well. As a result, those 3 items further grew into 25 different “swings” and “towers”. So far we have sold over 8,300 pieces going into the 2020 season
Clariza’s Clay Pot Swings helps plant lovers green up their indoor space, no matter how little space they actually have. Particularly perfect for growing plants, herbs, cactus and succulents, everyone from suburbanites to urbanites are embracing the classic and sturdy woodworking and finishing.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Ashara Shapiro, owner and artist, focuses on empowerment and design artistry in her work.  As an advocate of historical symbolism in current society, Ashara breathes new life into reclaimed pieces and creates storied wearable art that have gone through an evolution using the tools of yesteryear.
Every piece is thoughtful and unique and speaks to the person who will cherish them for years to come. Her custom work is personalized through design meetings, where she creates concepts that speak to the client’s memories, joys and loves, and sketches the concept that will become the art. Ashara always speaks of the design meetings as her favorite part, besides the presentation of the completed work. It is then that she visualizes the finished product and sees how it can come to be a reality.
